How we work
A buyer who orders from our packaging plant and our garment plant should not be able to tell them apart on paper. Same intake checks, same numbering, same escalation when something slips.
That is why we run one quality team across all four sites rather than one per site. It costs more. It is the reason we can quote a date and keep it.
What you can hold us to
Capacity is booked before a date is given, not after. If we cannot hit it we say so while you still have time to go elsewhere.
The same people audit all four plants to the same checklist, and report to the board rather than to the plant manager they are auditing.
ISO 9001 across the group, and a standing invitation for any buyer to walk any floor with a day's notice.
Suppliers are paid to terms and so are wages. A plant that owes its own people money is a plant that will miss your date.
