The company
Bhitti Engineering

Bhitti was founded in 2003 as a two-man structural consultancy and now employs four hundred and ten people across design and construction. We hold our own plant and our own testing lab, which is why our concrete results arrive in two days rather than two weeks.
We say no to about a third of what we are asked to price. A tender we cannot build to programme is a tender that costs everybody money, and we would rather lose it at the start than in month nine.
What we do
Four things we deliver

Structural design
RCC and steel, from the soil report to the bar bending schedule. Every set checked by a second engineer who did not draw it.

Main contracting
We build what we design, or what somebody else designed if the drawings stand up. Fixed price, named programme.
- 03
Deep basements & piling
Excavation, shoring and piling on tight city plots with neighbours on three sides. Monitoring from day one.
- 04
Testing & inspection
Our own lab. Cube tests, rebar scanning and load testing, for our projects and for other people's.
