I count birds and test rivers. I want my first job to be somewhere the data decides — a research team, an NGO or a consultancy.

About
I grew up beside a haor, where the winter sky fills with birds. Now I study why fewer of them come each year, one count and one water sample at a time.
I am happiest with muddy boots in the morning and a clean spreadsheet in the evening.
