About

Most clients come to me holding a document they do not understand. My first job is to tell them, in plain words, what they are agreeing to and what it will cost them if it goes wrong.

I take cases I believe in and I say early when one is not worth fighting. A client who is told the truth in week one saves money in month six.

Questions

How much does a first meeting cost?

The first thirty minutes are free. After that I quote a fixed fee before any work starts, so there is no surprise bill.

Do I need to come to your office?

No. Most first meetings are on the phone or on video. I come to you when documents need signing.

How long does it take to set up a company?

Usually two to three weeks, if your papers are ready on the first day.

Will you take my case to court?

Only if talking has failed. I will tell you honestly if a case is not worth fighting.
