Bring every report you have, even old ones, and a photograph of the medicine boxes in your cupboard. Do not fast unless you are told to.

The first visit
Forty minutes. Most of it is listening. You will leave with a written plan, not a prescription you cannot read.

A follow-up in six to eight weeks, and a number you can message between visits if something is wrong.
