This trade has a reputation, and it earned it. My whole business comes from people who were sent by somebody I was honest with. So I say when a price is too high, and I say when the papers do not look right.
I show a flat to a buyer only after I have read its papers myself. If I would not sign for it, I do not show it.

What do you charge?
For a sale or a rental I charge a fixed share of the price or one month's rent, agreed in writing before I start.
Can you check a flat's papers before I pay?
Yes. I read the title and the deed with a lawyer, and I tell you in plain words what I find.
Do you manage the flat after I rent it out?
If you want me to. I collect the rent, arrange repairs and send you one message a month.
