I take one home case at a time, so I am never split between two families. I write down every medicine and every observation, and I leave the notes with the family.

Questions
Can you stay overnight?
Yes, for a day or night rate. I say in advance how many nights I can do in a row.
Do you bring supplies?
I bring my own equipment. Medicines and dressings are bought by the family, and I give you the list.
What if the patient gets worse in the night?
I know the signs, and I will call the doctor and the family at once. We agree on who to call before the first night.
