What you are actually buying
Imaging
A 3-Tesla scanner, and a radiologist who reads it the same day.
A scan is only as good as the report that follows it, and the wait for that report is where most of the worry lives. Ours is written by a consultant radiologist on the same day, and the images go home with you on a disc whether or not you ever come back to us.
Surgery
Six theatres under laminar flow, one of them never closes.
Air in a theatre is not a detail — it is the single biggest thing standing between a clean wound and an infected one. All six run HEPA laminar flow, and the emergency theatre is staffed around the clock, so an operation that cannot wait until morning does not have to.
Outpatients
Twenty minutes, and the same consultant the next time.
Ten minutes is enough to write a prescription and not enough to understand anything. Appointments here are twenty, you see the consultant whose name is on the booking, and you leave holding your reports rather than waiting for a phone call that may not come.

Your visit
Call the number above, or send the form. You are given a consultant's name and a twenty-minute slot, not a queue number.
Register at the desk on the ground floor. Bring any earlier reports — old films save you repeating a scan.
Your consultant sees you at the time on the booking. If a scan is needed it is usually done the same visit.
Reports, images and a written plan are handed over before you leave. Follow-up is with the same consultant.
