We have run four hundred and sixty days like yours. You get one planner who stays with you from the first meeting to the last van leaving, a budget written down before anything is booked, and a rehearsal you actually attend.
What we do
Six things, and we own the kit for three of them.
Corporate
Launches, conferences, AGMs and staff nights. Stage, sound, screen, registration desk and run sheet.
Private parties
Birthdays, anniversaries, aqiqah and homecomings, from twenty guests upward.
Decor & flowers
Our own design team and our own florists. Nothing is subcontracted without telling you.
Catering
Four kitchens we work with regularly, tasted by you before the menu is fixed.
Stage & sound
Owned, not hired, so a failure at nine at night is our problem and not your evening.

How it works
Four stages, and the first one is free.

The brief
Ninety minutes, free, and you leave with a written budget range. If we are wrong for you we will say so in that meeting.
- 02
The design
Two directions, drawn and costed. You pick one and we build it out. Changes after this point are priced as they are made.
- 03
The booking
Forty per cent to hold the date, the rest a week before. Every supplier is named on the contract.
- 04
The day
Your planner and a crew of at least six are there from the first van to the last. You are a guest at your own event.
