How it works

  1. 1Patient booksOn your page, they pick the chamber and the day and get a serial number.
  2. 2Text arrivesThe serial number goes to their phone by text, so nobody has to call the chamber.
  3. 3Your assistant calls serialsOn the Chamber Desk: who is next, who was seen, who did not come. Walk-ins are added in one line.
  4. 4You print the prescriptionTyped on the desk, printed on A5 with your degrees and BMDC number.

What we keep, and what we never keep

  • Prescriptions are never sent to our server. They print, and then they are gone.
  • A patient's name and mobile number are kept for the serial list, then deleted 90 days later.
  • We never ask why a patient is coming.

How to pay

For now the plan is paid by bKash. Message us on WhatsApp and we switch it on the same day. Online card payment comes next.

Questions

Do I need a doctor page first?

Yes. Pick one of the 17 doctor designs and fill it in. The plan works on that page.

What happens past the monthly texts?

Patients still see their serial number on screen. Only the text stops, until the next month.

Can my assistant use it without changing my website?

Yes. The desk has its own link. It calls serials and adds walk-ins, and cannot change your page.

What if a day is full?

The page tells the patient to pick another day or call the chamber. You set how many serials a day.
