How it works

Kept private
- Reports sit in private storage. A patient's link works for 15 minutes, and every open is recorded.
- Reports are deleted 90 days after upload.
- Five wrong codes lock a report until the clinic sends a new code.
- Reception sees the queue, the lab sees reports. Each person sees only their part.
- We never ask why a patient is coming.

Questions
Do we need a website first?
It comes with the Portal: pick one of our hospital, clinic or diagnostic designs and fill it in.
How many doctors and staff?
As many as you have. Add, change or remove them yourself from the Portal.
Can someone else open a patient's report?
Only with that patient's mobile number and their code. Five wrong codes lock it.
A staff member forgot their PIN?
The owner sends them a new invite link from the Portal. It replaces the old PIN.
